The descriptions and the grading of the material represented in the Eric Emporium website executed with great care. The illustrations are part of
the description, and in case of doubt, the text is authoritative. The grading of coins is a personal judgment but corresponds to the accepted grading scale in the European coin business.
Eric Emporium website sale conduct in US Dollar ($).
We don’t ship the items until Eric Emporium receive payment in full. 
Buyers don’t have the rights to sell the items until paid in full.
This site may contain other proprietary notices and copyright information, the terms of which must be observed and followed. Information on this site may contain technical inaccuracies or typographical errors. Information, including product pricing and availability, may be changed or updated without notice. Eric Emporium and its subsidiaries reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, and cancel orders in its discretion, including, without limitation, if Eric Emporium believes that customer conduct violates applicable law or is harmful to the interests of Eric Emporium and its subsidiaries.

Privacy policy

The merchandise price is the price that Eric Emporium has offered, and you have paid independent of any description by Eric Emporium.
Conditions of all coins are as per the photographs displayed on the Eric Emporium website; condition reports are available upon request. It is not possible to note all marks or defects, and thus, customers are encouraged to carefully examine all coins that they are interested in buying on.

Warranties

No warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose is made or implied on any item. No warranty, whether express or implied, is made concerning any item except for warranty of title, and in the case of a claim, Eric Emporium is selling only that right or title to the item that you may have as of the sale date. All items are sold “AS IS’ and with all faults. You, as a result of this, assume all risks concerning and related to the grading, quality, description, condition, and provenance of an item.
