ERIC EMPORIUM ships merchandise to locations within the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands.

Additionally, ERIC EMPORIUM ships merchandise to Canada and Mexico and to other international locations. 

All orders within the United States under $1,000 will be shipped via USPS First Class Mail and includes insurance. Fixed amount: $15.

All orders within the United States over $1,000 will be shipped via FedEx 2Day service and includes insurance. Fixed price: $25. 

Please note that delivery to PO boxes is not available for FedEx services. You may request for packages to be sent to a FedEx location for pickup. If you require different shipping arrangements please contact us before ordering.

The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.

ERIC EMPORIUM will bear any risk of loss on all domestic shipments, until the shipping carrier’s confirmation of delivery to the address of record in your file. You bear all the risk of loss on all foreign shipments if you choose to decline the suggested insurance.

International

International orders under $1,000 will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail International and includes insurance. Fixed Amount: $25.00

All International orders over $1,000 will be shipped via Fedex without insurance. Please note that international orders are shipped at buyer's risk for loss, theft, and damage. 

Fixed Amount: $50.00

Customs and import duties may be applied to International orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient of your order and vary from country to country. Contact your local customs office for details.

Shipping laws are different in each country. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to verify whether the country to which you are shipping permits the shipment of your products. ERIC EMPORIUM is not responsible for any direct, indirect, punitive, or consequential damages that arise from improper international shipping practices.

We offer full insurance coverage for an additional 1% fee of the invoice total. All customs, duties, and processing fees for international orders are the responsibility of the recipient.

Returns Policy

 After the seven (7) business day period, no items may be returned for any reason, except for authenticity. If the items are shipped within seven (7) business days of receipt, we will refund the full purchase price of the coin. All shipping and handling and insurance fees are non-refundable. We do not insure the shipping on returned items and you are responsible to fully insure any items you return to ERIC EMPORIUM. No return for Certified or Encapsulated “Slabbed” coins.
